Questions people ask first

What size projects fit?: Most engagements run from a $25k strategy sprint to a venture co-build. Smaller advisory work and workshops happen too. If you're not sure where you fit, send a note and we'll tell you.
How fast do you ship?: First working software inside two weeks on most engagements. Public beta in four to eight weeks for a new product.
Do you take equity deals?: Sometimes. For the right idea and founder we'll co-build for a mix of cash and equity.
What are you not the right team for?: Long discovery phases with nothing to ship. Brand work with no product behind it. Anything that takes more than six months to produce a single working thing.
Where are you based?: Phoenix, AZ. We work in person here and remotely with companies anywhere, with a weekly call on every engagement.
